I like meeting you where you are at and hold a safe space for you so whatever needs to unfold or happen, can happen. I work through and with your body, soul and mind to guide and empower you to trust your deeper truth and find your own medicine. I trust you to do your own work and I will walk alongside you as your guide and witness.

You won´t find quick fixes or one-session-heals-it-all from my work. What I know to be true is that healing happens in layers and phases, we can´t rush it or we might end up feeling even worse. I deeply trust your body and soul to know what is the best pace for you. My work is for you if you are willing to dive deep, see what you did not see before and take responsibility for your life, health and healing.

I do not believe in cookie cutter formulas or one size fits all - I know you are unique and we will work together to find the best solutions for you.

I have been training for lifetimes and learned different modalities. Now I mainly use my lived experience and one or all of the following techniques:

SETM - Sacred Embodiment The Method, a very powerful Energy clearing and healing method to release trauma and patterns from your body and bring lasting change. Birthed by a powerful healer Cristina B, I am one of her first students bringing this method to the world.

Galactic constellations - Galactic constellations is based on Family Constellations and has been developed by me over the years. Family Constellations were developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist, who felt that many of the problems that cause our suffering were actually entanglements within our family system. He developed a therapeutic process where hidden family dynamics, often ages old, could be revealed, understood, and repaired.

Facilitating Constellations has given me the opportunity to witness many deep shifts when ancestral patterns are being cleared. When we free ourselves from the past, our ancestors and everyone in our Family System is free too. What I often see is people struggling with inherited patterns that are keeping them stuck and this is where Family Constellations are the key.

Holistic Pelvic Care™ - Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a combination of physical and energetic tools developed by Tami Kent, M.S. Physical Therapy, and designed to assess and then restore balance to the pelvic space of the female body. Holistic Pelvic Care™ is for women of all ages to address pelvic symptoms or enhance general wellness. These techniques were pioneered by Tami based on her extensive experience as a women’s health physical therapist.

I discovered my love for women and women’s bodies after working on my own relationship with my mother and my sister. I am in awe of the female body - the beauty, the strength, the power and the magic. It often takes a lot of pain, discomfort, difficult birth or problems in our sex life for women to really wake up to the voice of our beautiful bodies. Working with women brings me so much joy.
